Cats vs Cancer’s world famous March Meowdness Tournament is returning this month! Starting March 16th, we’ll feature two kitties going head to head in a battle of cuteness, where you can vote your favorite to move on to the next round!
In the days leading up to the tournament, we’re introducing you to this year’s select group of amazing contestants.
Today’s featured contestant: Pishi!
Said Pishi’s owner: “Pishi is 10-years-old, and his name means Kitty in Farsi. His original name was Chap because he has a mustache like Charlie Chaplain, but my Iranian roommate kept saying “here kitty kitty” in Farsi, and pretty soon ‘Pishi’ was all he answered to.”
“His lifetime achievement was pulling a full chicken breast out of a hot skillet while I had my back turned.”
“He answers to a high-pitched whistle, likes to lay on my arm while I’m sleeping, and comes flying into the kitchen whenever I cut a lemon because he thinks tuna is coming next (it usually is).”
