Hisakata Hiroyuki is a Japanese photographer that aims to capture cats in swift, graceful, yet combat-ready poses!

Due to the high amounts of homeless cats in Japan, Hiroyuki’s subjects are usually stray cats.

To capture the perfect moment, he takes the time to play with the cats or have them interact with each other. Fortunately, Hiroyuki does his best to avoid high aggression and injury between the cats to be able to maintain a lighthearted and dynamic tone to his pictures.

Maybe we can learn a thing or two from these martial art masters.
